As someone with pretty serious OCD tendencies and very high standards, I can honestly say that I am extremely satisfied with both Betacon’s workmanship and my entire building experience over the past year. One of the things I appreciated most was their efficient communication. Geoff was always calm, professional, and easy to talk to. Even when issues were caused by my own decisions or changes, he would patiently work through them with me and always treated me with respect. Zaia was exactly what you would hope for in a site manager. He genuinely cared about the project and consistently went above and beyond to help whenever needed. Ken and all of their subcontractors were highly experienced, delivered quality work, and had a very low error rate throughout the build. More importantly, they always provided practical, honest advice rather than simply telling me what I wanted to hear. As a homeowner, that level of integrity is invaluable. If I had to mention one area that could be improved, it would be the fencing contractor. He was a very nice person, but the quality of the work was not quite at the same standard as the rest of the team. Overall, over the course of a year, Betacon and I worked together as a highly effective team, gradually turning my vision of a dream home into reality. Building a house can be stressful, but they made the journey far smoother than I expected. Thank you to Geoff, Zaia, Ken, and the entire Betacon team for your hard work, professionalism, and dedication. I am truly grateful and would happily recommend Betacon to anyone looking to build their home. Looking back, choosing Betacon was one of the best decisions I made during this entire project.

I've been a Plumber for Betacon for over 6 years now and I'm extremely pleased with the way they conduct their business. The staff are a pleasure to deal with. I recently moved into my Betacon unit. It’s an excellent solid build with quality throughout. The finishes are quality and the workmanship is excellent. This is by far the best built home I have ever lived in. Their aftercare also has been excellent. Every tiny issue I’ve had was sorted out immediately by Geoff. I engaged Betacon to build a three-townhouse development on a challenging sloped site in Eastwood. From the outset, Ken and the team were solutions-focused, highly organised, and always professional. The slope presented real design and construction challenges, but nothing was ever too hard. The build was well-managed, with clear communication throughout, and the final product speaks for itself.
