We are so lucky to know Ken! Letting Ken and the Betacon team do our villa project is perhaps the most right decision we had made.    

The team carried out a very well organised build, within 10 months from demolition to move in, this saved us a great deal of time and costs.  Quality materials and workmanship were applied with reasonable costs.  Thank you Ken for being so patient in explaining to us our enquiries through the whole process.  Betacon site team did their jobs beautifully, from inside to outside, ensuring top quality was delivered.  For us these villas are master pieces, we shall always cherish them.
