Betacon Construction can provide a tailored solution to your specific project needs.  As we specialise in New Homes, Duplex, Villa and Townhouse Construction, we understand the importance of having a seamless flow between the relevant parties involved in the overall construction process.  Working alongside our in-house Construction Manager, Contract Administrator and Estimator is a team of Engineers, Consultants, Certifiers and Architects who are called upon to collectively ensure a timely and professional service is provided.

 

Betacon Construction broadly offers the following four service categories to our clients.  However, as every project is unique, we encourage you to give us a call to discuss your specific project. 

Lump Sum Construction 'LS'

Our 'Lump Sum' is a construction only service focussed on providing a clear and concise fixed price contract to construct your project.  All inclusions are clearly communicated within our in-depth documentation from construction methods to be used, right down to specifications for fixtures and fittings.

 

Our LS service is about delivering a project ready for market - whether that be for sale or lease. 

Cost Plus Construction '$ +'

Our 'Cost Plus' service is focussed on providing a flexible service offering.  Whether that includes aspect of design management and construction or construction only, Betacon can manage the process in a professional and concise manner.

Suitable to larger and/or complex projects, our 'Cost Plus' approach allows flexibility throughout the entire process to ensure optimal outcomes are achieved.

Project Management 'PM'

Our 'Project Management' service is there to cater for the more hands on client/developer.  Our focus is on delivering the project objectives through management of the construction process. 

 

This involves liaising with the client, architects, engineers and contractors to ensure the project follows a defined timeline.  As Project Managers, the focus is also to ensure compliance with the BCA and adherence to the approved planning documents
