As someone with pretty serious OCD tendencies and very high standards, I can honestly say that I am extremely satisfied with both Betacon’s workmanship and my entire building experience over the past year. One of the things I appreciated most was their efficient communication. Geoff was always calm, professional, and easy to talk to. Even when issues were caused by my own decisions or changes, he would patiently work through them with me and always treated me with respect. Zaia was exactly what you would hope for in a site manager. He genuinely cared about the project and consistently went above and beyond to help whenever needed. Ken and all of their subcontractors were highly experienced, delivered quality work, and had a very low error rate throughout the build. More importantly, they always provided practical, honest advice rather than simply telling me what I wanted to hear. As a homeowner, that level of integrity is invaluable. If I had to mention one area that could be improved, it would be the fencing contractor. He was a very nice person, but the quality of the work was not quite at the same standard as the rest of the team. Overall, over the course of a year, Betacon and I worked together as a highly effective team, gradually turning my vision of a dream home into reality. Building a house can be stressful, but they made the journey far smoother than I expected.
