Pool installation works are now complete at our East Ryde duplex build, marking another significant milestone at Project Moncrieff. This stage involved excavating the pool area, preparing and compacting the foundation base, and craning a prefabricated concrete pool shell into position. The installation required careful coordination between excavation, crane and pool contractors to ensure the pool was safely and accurately placed. With the pool structure now installed, construction can continue with the next stages of the duplex development.
