STAGE 1
Demolition
Progress Notes
Demolition works are now complete at Project Moncrieff, marking the beginning of construction on our latest East Ryde duplex build.
This stage involved the removal of the existing dwelling, site clearing and preparation works ahead of excavation and construction. The demolition process also provided an opportunity to document the site in its original condition before the transformation begins.

STAGE 2
Pool Installation
Progress Notes
Pool installation works are now complete at our East Ryde duplex build, marking another significant milestone at Project Moncrieff.
This stage involved excavating the pool area, preparing and compacting the foundation base, and craning a prefabricated concrete pool shell into position. The installation required careful coordination between excavation, crane and pool contractors to ensure the pool was safely and accurately placed. With the pool structure now installed, construction can continue with the next stages of the duplex development.

STAGE 3
Slab
Progress Notes
Slab works are now complete at Project Moncrieff, marking another major milestone in our East Ryde duplex build.
This stage included the installation of bored piers, underground services, reinforcement steel and the waffle pod slab-on-ground for both homes. With the slab now poured, the foundations are in place and the project is ready to move into the framing stage as the duplexes start to come out of the ground.

STAGE 4
Structural Frame
Progress Notes
Structural framing is now complete at Project Moncrieff, with both duplexes now taking shape above ground.
This stage included the installation of the structural steelwork, timber wall and roof framing, and the Hebel PowerFloor system to the first floor. Using Hebel flooring provides excellent acoustic performance between levels, improved fire resistance and a solid feel underfoot compared to traditional timber flooring.
With the structural frame complete, the project is ready to move into the roofing and external cladding stages, bringing the homes one step closer to lockup.
